The information provided in your assessment offers Katie the opportunity to develop a thorough understanding of you as individuals and your individual perspective in the relationship. As well as a complete understanding of your relationship and your patterns of interaction.
Based on this thorough understanding, Katie will develop a comprehensive treatment plan tailored to your specific relationship goals and needs.
Couples Retreat
Your couples counselling retreat begins with a feedback session. Dr Katie Stirling will explain her understanding of your relationship strengths and the areas you will work to improve over the course of the couples retreat. Katie will present a framework for your couples therapy retreat and together you can tweak this to ensure that it meets your needs and relationship goals.
Over 3 days you will complete a further 7 couples therapy sessions with Katie.
Your couples therapy retreat will end by reflecting on what you've learnt and an outline of tools and strategies to ensure you maintain these changes as you return to your everyday life.
