A few years ago I realised standard couples therapy wasn’t the answer for all couples, in fact it wasn’t the answer for me. I loved working with couples, I felt incredibly privileged to witness their relationship transform. But there was something missing. So I stopped doing therapy the way everyone else was doing it and started researching the best approaches to transform relationships.

What I quickly learnt was that everyone was doing much of the same - couples therapy, intensive couples therapy, workshops…..but I couldn’t find something that screamed out fun, joy, and transformation combined with solid evidence-based knowledge and techniques.

I wanted to offer couples all of the tools and techniques I have crafted working with hundreds of couples but in enjoyable, engaging formats.

It was on a holiday in Bali, I thought to myself this is what couples want. They want to turn up, be taken care of, enjoy a touch of luxury, and have the space to relax. Couples want to enjoy the experience whilst they work to transform their relationship.

I spent 3 years working at a summer camp in Canada- 3 of the best years of my life - why? Because it was all about having fun every day. Immersion retreats bring a touch of that camp fun, a dose of luxury, opportunities for connection and information that drives meaningful change (yes, knowledge can be exciting).
